End User License Agreement (EULA)

Important — read carefully

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal contract between you (whether an individual or an entity) and Interactive Solutions ("Developer", "we", "us", "our") regarding the Ninja Video Downloader software ("Software", "Application").

By downloading, installing or using this Software, you accept the terms of this Agreement.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not download, install or use this Software.

1. Grant of license

1.1 Limited license

The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable and limited license to:

• Install and use Ninja Video Downloader on devices you own or control
• Use the Software for personal purposes
• Create backup copies of your configuration files

1.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify or create derivative works of the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software
• Sell, rent, lease or sublicense the Software
• Remove or alter copyright notices or trademarks
• Bypass, disable or interfere with the licensing or security mechanisms of the Software
• Distribute the Software for profit without prior written agreement

1.3 License model

• The Software is distributed free of charge; certain advanced features ("Premium") require a paid license.
• Licenses are purchased and managed through our external payment provider.
• The license enables the Premium features on one 1 device.
• Payment corresponds to a one-time purchase with a perpetual license, subject to future change, for the Premium features.
• Terms, pricing and availability may change without notice.

2. Responsible use and copyright

Ninja Video Downloader is a general-purpose tool. It downloads media content that YOU access from third-party websites. The Software does not host, distribute or provide any content: it only acts on the material you choose to process.

2.1 Sole responsibility of the user

You are solely responsible for the content you download and how you use it. By using the Software, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the rights holder of the content, or have express authorization, or the content is in the public domain or permitted to download under applicable law;
• You will respect the terms of service of the third-party websites you download from;
• You will comply with all copyright, intellectual property and other laws applicable in your jurisdiction;
• You will use the downloaded content only for personal and lawful purposes, and not for redistribution, resale or infringement of third-party rights.

2.2 Prohibited uses

You may NOT use the Software for:

• Activities that violate applicable laws or regulations;
• Any fraudulent, deceptive or harmful activity.

2.3 Disclaimer

The Developer is not responsible for any misuse of the Software by the user, nor for the content the user downloads. Any legal consequence arising from use of the Software rests solely with the user.

3. Intellectual property

3.1 Copyright

Ninja Video Downloader and all of its components (source code, design, graphics, icons, documentation) are the exclusive property of Interactive Solutions.

3.2 Trademarks

"Ninja Video Downloader", the logo and other distinctive elements are trademarks of Interactive Solutions. You have no right to use them without express permission.

4. Privacy and data

4.1 Data collection

Ninja Video Downloader does not collect or sell your personal data. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

4.2 User responsibility

You are responsible for backing up your data and for the security of your device.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

5.1 "As is"

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

5.2 No warranties

The Developer does not warrant that:

• The Software will operate without errors or interruptions;
• It will be able to download from any particular site (third-party sites change and may become incompatible);
• It will be compatible with all hardware or software;
• Defects will be corrected.

5.3 Exclusion of implied warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer excludes all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

In no event shall the Developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or any third-party claim arising from the content you download or your use of the Software.

You acknowledge that these limitations reflect a reasonable allocation of risk and that the Software is offered free of charge (at its base) on this premise.

7. Updates and support

• The Developer may provide updates at its discretion. The Application may update automatically to keep working.
• Updates may modify, add or remove features.
• Support is provided "as available".
• The Developer is not obligated to maintain the Software indefinitely.

8. Termination

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the Software. The Developer may terminate your license if you breach any term. Upon termination, your right to use the Software ceases and the limitations of liability remain in effect.

9. Changes to the Agreement

The Developer reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Changes will be reflected in the "Updated" date. Continued use of the Software after a change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable country, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles. The parties will seek to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation.

11. Minors

If you are under 18 (or the legal age in your jurisdiction), you must have the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts this Agreement on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Software.

By clicking "I accept", downloading, installing or using this Software, you acknowledge that:

• You have read this Agreement in full;
• You understand its terms and conditions;
• You agree to be legally bound by this Agreement;
• You are solely responsible for the content you download and for compliance with copyright laws.
