End User License Agreement (EULA)

Important — read carefully. By installing or using Ninja Browser Control you accept this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the extension and uninstall it.

1. Grant of license

Interactive Solutions grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Ninja Browser Control (the "extension") on the browsers you use. The extension is licensed, not sold.

Features marked Premium require a valid license key. That key enables one active device at a time: you may move it to another machine by releasing it from the previous one. License keys are personal and non-transferable: sharing, selling or assigning them to third parties breaches this agreement and may lead to the key being disabled.

Referral-program rewards (coupons and courtesy keys) are likewise personal and non-transferable. If the purchase that generated a reward is refunded, or if abuse of the program is detected, Interactive Solutions may void the coupon or disable the corresponding key.

2. Responsible use and copyright

The extension includes video download tools, screen recording, access to public television channels and browsing utilities. You are solely responsible for how you use them.

The developer does not and cannot monitor what content each user processes, and assumes no responsibility for uses that infringe the law or the rights of others.

3. Intellectual property

The extension, its code, design, names and icons are the property of Interactive Solutions and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, modify, redistribute or create derivative works, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

The extension incorporates third-party components under their own licenses, credited in the third-party notice.

4. Privacy and data

Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. In short: the extension runs on your device, has no accounts and sends no telemetry; transfers to external services are listed one by one in that policy.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The extension is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors.

In particular, the security review feature (Metatron) is an aid based on public sources and local analysis: it does not replace antivirus software and does not guarantee detection of every dangerous site. There is no guarantee that the extension will work with every website, that operation will be uninterrupted, or that third-party servers will be available.

6. Limitation of liability and no refunds

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Interactive Solutions shall not be liable for direct or indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, nor for loss of data, profits, opportunity or business, arising from the use of or inability to use the extension, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Amounts paid for the license are non-refundable. As this is a digital product with immediate access, you agree that once the license key has been delivered the service is considered fully performed, and you waive any right of withdrawal or refund that might otherwise apply. Purchasing the license creates no obligation of compensation, indemnity or remuneration on the part of Interactive Solutions, on any ground whatsoever.

MAXIMUM LIMITATION. INTERACTIVE SOLUTIONS SHALL HAVE NO OBLIGATION WHATSOEVER TO COMPENSATE OR TO PAY ANY AMOUNT FOR ANY CLAIM. This limitation applies to every type of claim and to any cause of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise.

The foregoing is without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract. If a court does not allow the full exclusion of liability, such liability shall be limited to the license fee for the monthly period in progress at the time of the event giving rise to it.

7. Updates and support

The extension may be updated through the browser store to fix bugs, add features or adapt to changes in websites. Support is provided by email, with no guaranteed response times.

8. Termination

This license —the right of use granted in clause 1— terminates automatically if you breach its terms. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the extension. Upon termination your right to use it ceases; data stored on your device is removed with the uninstall.

9. Changes to this agreement

This agreement may be amended. The version in force is published at this address with its date. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Mexico City, and the parties waive any other venue that might otherwise apply.

You agree to bring claims solely in your individual capacity and waive participation in class, collective or representative actions. If any provision of this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

Nothing above limits the non-waivable rights granted to you by the consumer-protection law of your country of residence.

11. Children

The extension is not directed at children under 13. If you are a minor under the law of your country, you need the consent of a parent or guardian to use it.
